Peitho Press was created in 2024 by a woman with a dream or two (or a million). She wanted to bring romance-filled worlds to life for others to enjoy through the written word, voice acting, and visual art. Driven by a desire to entertain, inspire, and support other women, Peitho Press, LLC was born.

Peitho Press believes in feminine strength. Its creator has risen from a domestic hellscape, escaping and thriving with her two dogs. As such, she has built this publishing company on the foundation that women are capable of great strength and independence. If one should choose to bestow the privilege of their partnership upon a companion, it should be a relationship of mutual support and uplift.​

 

Some write damsels; we write warriors.

Plenty of authors write FMCs who need to be saved by a knight or find a partner they could never be a whole human being without. 

 

We at Peitho Press prefer women to be their own saviors, knowing when to ask for help, and that there is no shame or weakness in needing it.

Peithō is the Greek goddess (or personification) of persuasion and seduction. Peitho represents both sexual and political persuasion and is associated with the art of rhetoric. She was a close friend and confidant of the goddess of love, Aphrodite.
